PELVIC FLOOR YOGA
Strengthen, stabilize, and reduce pain in your pelvic floor through tailored yoga classes in a small-group, personalized setting in our salt room.
Join certified pelvic floor yoga instructor Fiona Jalinoos for a four-classes series designed to help with common pelvic floor issues. The lessons will use Yoga movement and breathing exercises to help strengthen and relax the muscles of the pelvis. The classes will be interactive so that questions and issues can be addressed as they arise. Each class will focus on a different skill including sensitizing to the pelvic floor, poses for strength, poses for relaxation and the importance of correct breathing. The series is suitable for all- no prior yoga experience necessary.

Classes are drop-in, but the 4 classes do build upon each other. Participation in all 4 classes is optimal.
