Meet Our Trainers
Nick is a former professional soccer player and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Born and raised in Larchmont, NY, he starred at Mamaroneck High School, earning First Team All-American honors in 2014 before launching a global pro career that took him across Europe, Australia, and the U.S.
With a high-level athletic background, Nick brings elite expertise and passion to every session. He specializes in total body fitness, offering performance training, body transformations, and personalized recovery and nutrition coaching.
From first-timers to fitness enthusiasts, Nick is dedicated to helping every client unlock their full potential and crush their fitness goals.
Jared is an enthusiastic Fitness Professional with over 15 years experience helping people of all ages on their health & wellness journey. Jared is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) as well as a Fitness & Sports Nutrition Specialist and Nutrition & Dietary Support Specialist.
His passion for fitness stemmed from his love and dedication to sports at a very young age. He is committed to helping others build a strong foundation to approach sports, fitness, strength training and conditioning with an appreciation for balance and how the body moves through the kinetic chain. His philosophy of total body symmetry focuses on treating each person as an individual, helping them correct imbalances in their body and strengthening/activating overlooked muscle groups.
Jared has an extensive background in strength, conditioning and sport-specific training for athletes at all stages, that includes speed, endurance and agility training. He seeks to educate clients and empower them to make positive changes in their everyday approach to health & fitness.
